FINAL SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Final Sale Terms & Conditions (“Final Sale Terms”) apply to purchases from Habrok Athletics (“Habrok,” “we,” “us,” “our”) that are identified as FINAL SALE or are purchased during a Final Sale / Clearance / End-of-Season promotion.

1) What Counts as “Final Sale”

Items are “Final Sale” if they are:

  • Marked FINAL SALE on the product page, collection page, cart, checkout, receipt, or order confirmation; and/or

  • Purchased during a promotion that states Final Sale / All Sales Final / No Returns / No Exchanges; and/or

  • Discounted/clearance items as designated by us from time to time.

2) All Final Sale Purchases Are Final

ALL FINAL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size/fit

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering the wrong item/color

  • Delivery after a certain date (unless required by law)

No store credit. No exchanges. No price adjustments.
If an item becomes further discounted after your purchase, we do not offer price matching or refunds of the difference.

3) Order Changes & Cancellations

Because Final Sale inventory is limited and orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel Final Sale orders once they are placed (including changing size, address, or items). Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

4) Sizing / Fit Responsibility

We provide size charts and product details to help you choose the right gear. Sizing and fit are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up or contacting us before ordering.

5) Exceptions: Defective, Damaged in Transit, or Wrong Item Sent

Nothing in these Final Sale Terms limits your rights where prohibited by law.

To help us resolve quickly, include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If we confirm an issue covered by this section, we will, as required by law, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on availability and the circumstances).

6) Shipping, Delivery, and Delays

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except where required by law.

If we cannot ship within the time stated in our listing/checkout—or if no time is stated, within 30 days—we will notify you and provide the option to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund, as required by the FTC’s rule for internet orders. Federal Trade Commission+1

7) Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or block transactions if we suspect fraud, resale abuse, policy manipulation, or chargeback abuse.

8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback for a Final Sale item that was delivered as described may delay resolution and may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.

9) Changes to Final Sale Terms

We may update these Final Sale Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.

10) Governing Law

These Final Sale Terms are governed by the laws of [TEXAS], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in the buyer’s jurisdiction require otherwise.
