If you purchased an item from habrokathletics.com and need a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us via chat, with your order number and exchange request.
Once we confirm the availability of the item you want, we’ll email you a return shipping label. After we receive and process your return, we’ll ship the replacement.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
Be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused
Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
Be free of animal hair, dander, stains, or odors
If your item meets the same condition requirements listed above, you may return it.
To begin, please reach out to us via chat with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll send you a return shipping label.

Refund to your original payment method
BOGO deals, clearance items, and final sale products – All sales are final
International orders – Final sale only
Orders placed via Facebook or Instagram – Eligible for exchange only
Shipping charges are non-refundable

This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours after being placed, pending payment verification.
We ship to all 50 states via UPS and USPS. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays once the order leaves our facility.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ship within 1 to 2 business days, pending payment authorization.
We ship internationally via UPS and DHL, and recommend using these services for international orders.
Duties and taxes are usually collected at checkout via our Shopify Markets integration
If not collected, the customer is responsible for payment upon delivery
We are not responsible for the loss of international shipments that are not shipped via UPS or DHL

Lost or stolen packages
Packages sent to incorrect addresses
Refunds or replacements for shipments with delivery issues outside our control
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
