PRE-ORDER DISCLOSURE

PRE-ORDER POLICY (HABROK ATHLETICS)

This Pre-Order Policy (“Policy”) applies to any item purchased from Habrok Athletics that is marked “Pre-Order,” “Backorder,” “Made to Order,” or otherwise indicates shipment will occur at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and any other policies posted on our site.

1) What a Pre-Order Means

A pre-order reserves inventory for a product that is not currently in stock or not yet released. You are purchasing an item that will ship in the future once production and processing are complete.

2) Estimated Ship Dates (Not Guaranteed)

Pre-order pages may display estimated ship windows (example: “Ships in 3–5 weeks”). These are good-faith estimates and can change due to factors including (but not limited to) production delays, carrier delays, customs, material availability, quality control, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control.

If the estimated ship date changes, we may update the ship window on the product page and/or contact you using the email or phone number you provide at checkout.

3) Payment Authorization and Charge Timing

When you place a pre-order, you authorize Habrok Athletics to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout (including applicable taxes and shipping), either immediately at the time of purchase or when the order is processed, depending on the payment method and our checkout settings.

If we are unable to process your payment method, your order may be delayed or canceled.

4) Shipping, Partial Shipments, and Address Accuracy

  • Pre-order items ship once available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may (at our discretion) ship items together or in separate shipments.

  • You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If your address changes after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can update addresses once an order is in processing or shipped.

5) Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Unless the product page states “Final Sale” or “No Cancellations,” you may request to cancel a pre-order before it ships by contacting us at:

Important: If cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

6) Refunds and Returns (After Delivery)

Once your pre-order has shipped and is delivered, returns and refunds are handled under our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions.

If a pre-order item is returned, any shipping charges (if applicable) are handled according to our Return Policy.

7) If We Can’t Fulfill Your Pre-Order

In rare cases, we may not be able to fulfill a pre-order (for example, production is discontinued, quality standards aren’t met, or inventory is not available). If this happens, we may:

  • offer a replacement or store credit, or

  • issue a refund to your original payment method.

8) Changes to Products

We may make minor changes to products (such as packaging, labeling, or small design/fabric updates) to improve quality or address supply constraints. Any changes will not materially reduce the overall intended performance or purpose of the product.

9) Customer Responsibilities

By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • you have read the product description, sizing info, and ship estimate carefully;

  • you will provide accurate contact and shipping information; and

  • you understand delivery timing is an estimate and may change.
