HABROK BOGO SALE — TERMS & FINAL SALE POLICY

By participating in the HABROK Buy One, Get One (“BOGO”) promotion, you agree to the following terms:

  1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Purchase one eligible item and receive one eligible item of equal or lesser value at the promotional discount advertised at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Both qualifying items must be added to the cart.
• The discount will be applied to the eligible item of equal or lesser value.
• The offer applies only to products specifically identified as eligible for the BOGO promotion.
• The promotion is valid only during the advertised promotional period and while supplies last.
• The offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or a future purchase.
• The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, coupons, or offers unless HABROK expressly states otherwise.

  1. ALL BOGO PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED AS PART OF THE BOGO PROMOTION ARE FINAL SALE.

BOGO orders are not eligible for:

• Returns
• Refunds
• Store credit
• Size exchanges
• Color exchanges
• Product exchanges

This final-sale condition applies to both the purchased item and the free or discounted item. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts and confirming all products, colors, sizes, quantities, and shipping information before placing an order.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

The final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the item ordered, contact HABROK Customer Support within seven (7) calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and reported issue.

After reviewing the claim, HABROK may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable law. Normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, sizing preference, and damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

BOGO orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after processing has begun.

HABROK does not guarantee that requests to modify an address, size, color, product, or order can be completed. Customers are responsible for verifying all order information before completing checkout.

  1. RETURNS OF BOGO ITEMS

Except where required by applicable law, HABROK will not accept the return of either item included in a BOGO purchase.

If HABROK authorizes a return as a legal exception, the customer may be required to return all products received through the applicable BOGO offer. Any refund will be calculated using the actual amount paid for each item after the promotional discount—not the item’s original retail price.

A free promotional item has a refund value of $0.00 unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS

All BOGO products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

HABROK may cancel and refund an unavailable item or order. HABROK will not substitute another product without the customer’s authorization unless the promotion expressly permits substitutions.

  1. SHIPPING, TAXES, AND FEES

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees are calculated separately unless expressly included in the promotion. The BOGO discount does not reduce shipping charges, taxes, or duties except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused shipment, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

  1. PROMOTION ABUSE

HABROK reserves the right to reject or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, manipulation of the promotion, multiple-account abuse, pricing errors, or violations of these terms.

Any cancellation or restriction will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

  1. CHANGES OR TERMINATION

HABROK may modify, suspend, or end the BOGO promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively alter orders already accepted unless necessary to correct an error, prevent fraud, or comply with appli
